Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Technology Project Management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities Cloud & Disaster Recovery
  • Lead planning, execution, and governance of enterprise web application and cloud initiatives on AWS.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve Disaster Recovery strategies, including RTO, RPO, resilience planning, and business continuity.
  • Manage end-to-end DR testing, including scope, stakeholder coordination, runbooks, execution, issue remediation, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure deployment readiness, environment stability, operational resilience, and compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project risks.
Project Management
  • Manage projects from requirements through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, quality, and acceptance criteria are met.
  • Define project activities, responsibilities, milestones, resources, skills, interfaces, and budget.
  • Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report project KPIs and overall project health.
  • Manage scope changes, conduct impact analysis, and prioritize requirements with the customer.
  • Develop contingency plans and follow appropriate escalation processes.
Stakeholder & Team Management
  • Identify and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular customer communication and manage expectations.
  • Define communication plans and roles/responsibilities.
  • Lead and mentor project teams and support team skill development.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and project resources.
Release, Testing & Deployment
  • Oversee application release and deployment across multiple environments.
  • Leverage DevOps practices, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud services.
  • Support system integration testing, test strategy, test execution, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure software delivery methodologies and processes are effectively implemented.
Governance & Delivery
  • Implement project governance and quality standards.
  • Define/adopt appropriate project tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure process compliance and high-quality project deliverables.
  • Present proposed solutions and communicate solution benefits to customers.
  • Understand the customers technology landscape and translate business requirements into technology requirements.
Additional Requirements
  • Strong Disaster Recovery implementation experience is required.
  • Strong Salesforce Cloud experience is required.
  • End-to-end Disaster Management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs in the Salesforce Cloud platform.
