Senior Project Manager Change Management

Location: Mountain View, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Change Management experience to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery along with hands-on experience managing the people, process, communication, training, and adoption aspects of organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and overall delivery.

• Establish appropriate project governance and status reporting.

• Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.

• Identify how changes will impact people, processes, systems, and business operations.

• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.

• Partner with senior leadership and project sponsors to drive alignment and adoption.

• Develop communications, leadership updates, project messaging, and change announcements.

• Identify areas of resistance and develop mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate training, user enablement, and knowledge-transfer activities.

• Track adoption, readiness, engagement, and change effectiveness.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.

• Maintain risks, issues, assumptions, and dependency tracking.

• Coordinate across business, technology, operations, and other cross-functional teams.

• Support post-implementation activities and ensure successful adoption of the change.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Organizational Change, or a related field.

• 8+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Transformation experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).

• Experience managing large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.

• Strong experience with stakeholder management and executive communication.

• Experience conducting:

  • Change Impact Assessments

  • Stakeholder Assessments

  • Organizational Readiness Assessments

  • Communication Planning

  • Training and Adoption Planning

• Strong project planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification

• Prosci Change Management / ADKAR certification

• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification

• Experience with enterprise technology transformation, digital transformation, cloud, ERP, or business process transformation.

• Experience working within a PMO or Transformation Office.
