Entry Level Accounting Specialist (Finance)

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented
Accounting Specialist with hands-on experience in both
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys staying organized, working with multiple priorities, and taking ownership of day-to-day accounting functions.

The ideal candidate is accurate, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work independently while collaborating with operations and accounting leadership. Manage day-to-day
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Maintain vendor accounts and respond to billing and payment inquiries. Process customer payments and accurately apply payments to accounts. Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts. Assist with credit card and account reconciliations.

Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation. Work closely with accounting leadership and branch teams to ensure transactions are accurate and properly documented. Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed. Previous experience handling both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required
. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Compensation & Benefits $25.00–$26.00 per hour
