We are seeking an experienced
Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), operational reporting, and strategic decision-making in a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and executive reporting
. This role partners closely with Accounting and Operations to drive performance, improve processes, and deliver actionable financial insights. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A) processes
Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analysis
Perform monthly variance analysis

Support month-end close in partnership with Accounting
Prepare executive-level reporting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Improve financial reporting systems, dashboards, and ERP processes
Support internal controls and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Identify process improvements and implement scalable reporting solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
~5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
~ Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity operations
~ Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
~ Experience with ERP systems such as
IFS, Epicor (Prophet 21/Eagle), BI tools
, or similar
Experience supporting operations and inventory analysis
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
Process improvement mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and leadership
