About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the expansion of large-scale Salesforce CRM initiatives across the organization. This individual will oversee multiple concurrent projects involving Salesforce platform enhancements, integrations, process optimization, CRM transformation, and user adoption initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce programs, driving alignment across business and technology stakeholders, and delivering strategic CRM solutions that improve customer and operational outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related CRM projects.
  • Own integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency management, and overall project governance.
  • Partner with business leaders, Salesforce product owners, administrators, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce workstreams, including platform enhancements, integrations, data migration efforts, and business process improvements.
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and escalation management.
  • Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and downstream business impacts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive accountability and timely resolution of project obstacles.
  • Support Salesforce release planning, testing coordination, UAT activities, change management, and operational readiness efforts.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, CRM strategy, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, project updates, and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and consulting teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading Salesforce CRM expansion, implementations, enhancements, and/or transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple Salesforce projects and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, CRM processes, and system integration concepts.
  • Experience overseeing Salesforce releases, enhancements, data migration efforts, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive escalations to successful resolution.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications.
  • Experience leading initiatives across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder.
  • Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing automation, customer experience, or analytics platforms.
  • Strong background managing implementation partners, vendors, and large-scale governance programs.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce AI, automation, and CRM modernization initiatives.
