expert-level Project Manager/Lead with 10+ years of experience who can independently lead two large, concurrent, multi-million-dollar technology implementations in operational environments such as energy, distribution, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or terminals.

Key things the client wants:

• Strong experience managing large-scale technology implementations from initiation through deployment.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, testing, training, and cutover.
• Experience coordinating 10+ resources across multiple business units, locations, IT teams, vendors, and third parties.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture.
• Ability to manage project finances, including forecasts, actuals, variance, and reporting.
• Strong executive communication, dashboards, governance, and decision support.
• Ideally, experience in energy/distribution/terminal/manufacturing/warehouse operations, ERP environments, and tools such as MS Project/Azure DevOps.
• PMP/Agile certification and vendor/system-integrator management are nice to have.
