Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess bathroom remodeling needs
Develop and close sales using proven consultative selling techniques
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and performance targets
Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity in CRM software
1+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales
~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
~ Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings
~ Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
