Job Description
As Membership Coordinator at Six Senses Place, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities
As Membership Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Act as a primary point of contact for members, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Assist with onboarding new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the benefits, events, and community ethos.
Support the coordination and communication of member events, activities, and experiences.
Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a warm, personalized, and consistent level of service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the CRM system (PeopleVine).
Prepare reports and data summaries for the Membership Manager, including engagement metrics, renewals, and event participation.
Process membership applications, renewals, and payments in line with policy.
Assist in the development and distribution of membership communications and promotional materials.
Support event logistics and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and members.
Attend departmental meetings and provide updates on member feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Membership Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury environments with proven results and includes the following:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, membership services, or front-of-house operations (preferably in luxury hospitality).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
Good administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (PeopleVine experience is an advantage).
Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for wellness and sustainability.
