The Role • Professionally attend to hotel guests, from warm greetings during check-in to farewells. • Manage reservations, including processing check-ins and check-outs. • Handle billing, including payment processing, cash management, and settlement. • Perform organizational and administrative tasks for both front and back office duties. • Coordinate with various departments to gain cross-functional experience within a multicultural team.
