The Role

• Professionally attend to hotel guests, from warm greetings during check-in to farewells.
• Manage reservations, including processing check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle billing, including payment processing, cash management, and settlement.
• Perform organizational and administrative tasks for both front and back office duties.
• Coordinate with various departments to gain cross-functional experience within a multicultural team.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role, or a strong interest in a career change.
• A keen eye for quality, exceptional service orientation, and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with an open and approachable demeanor.
