Senior QA Automation Analyst – Loan Servicing

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst to spearhead test automation efforts for mission-critical applications supporting a loan servicing business. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and scaling an enterprise-wide automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test automation strategy aligned with SDLC goals across loan servicing applications
• Define automation ROI metrics and report success to management
• Build automation design covering regression, smoke, and sanity suites with full traceability and reusability
• Establish test data strategies and integrate automation with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
• Partner with development, architecture, and business teams to prioritize automation initiatives
• Drive in-sprint test automation adoption across the SDLC
• Estimate automation efforts, timelines, and resourcing needs

Required Skills:

• 5+ years leading manual and automation testing for large, complex enterprise applications
• 4+ years hands-on building, implementing, and executing automated test scripts
• Strong experience with Selenium (web), Appium (mobile), BDD/TDD frameworks
• Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript, C# (Ruby a plus)
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Defect tracking: Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps
• Version control: Git, GitHub, or SVN
• API/Performance testing: Postman, JMeter
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Mortgage servicing or banking industry experience strongly preferred

Nice to Have:

• Qualitia automation tool experience
• Exposure to scriptless/robotic automation frameworks
