Title: Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (BA/QA)

Duration: Long Term

Location: Atlanta, GA/ Charlotte, NC 9 (3-4 days onsite)

Required Qualifications

·         8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or combined BA/QA role.

·         Experience working within Compliance, Surveillance, Records Management, Risk, Regulatory, or Financial Services environments.

·         Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

·         Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.

·         Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC processes.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·         Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

·         Knowledge of electronic communications surveillance, trade surveillance, records retention, archiving, brokerage, or regulatory systems.

·         Experience working with SQL for data validation and testing.

·         Experience with ServiceNow, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools.

·         Understanding of SEC, FINRA, banking, or financial regulatory requirements.

·         Experience supporting audit, governance, and risk management initiatives.
