Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is seeking a customer-centric IT Support Specialist to join our IT Service & Support team in South Brisbane. You will manage IT tickets across the full lifecycle, deliver first-class customer service via phone, chat, and self service, and act as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 issues.
This permanent, full-time role supports desktop, network, and application problems. You will bring MSP experience, strong Microsoft 365/Exchange/Azure/Endpoint Manager
