Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from planning through deployment and hypercare.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Lead Agile teams and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
• Drive testing, release management, production readiness, and delivery quality.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and CI/CD/DevOps.
• Manage executive stakeholders, escalations, and overall project health.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience
• 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation/transformation programs
• Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Automotive Cloud experience preferred
• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture
• Experience with Copado, Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps
• Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills
