Sales Representative who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. You don't need insurance experience to be successful here.

If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to grow, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and licensing support to help you succeed. Paid training and ongoing coaching. In this role, you'll balance exceptional customer service with relationship-building and sales opportunities.

Provide friendly, professional service to new and existing customers. Answer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, and coverage options. Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and account updates. Build lasting relationships by understanding each customer's unique needs. Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage that fits their goals. Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options in an easy-to-understand way. Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation. Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team environment.

A genuine desire to help others. Comfortable using computers and learning new technology. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
