UX Researcher

UX RESEARCHER - PERMANENT<br /><br />Location: Basingstoke / Hybrid<br />Contract:

Permanent, Full-time<br /><br />THE ROLE<br />We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our Product Design team and play a key role in understanding user needs, uncovering insights and influencing product decisions. <br /><br />You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and wider stakeholders to ensure user research informs the development and improvement of digital products.<br /><br />KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br />* Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.<br />* Run usability testing, interviews and remote research.<br />* Identify research opportunities with cross-functional teams.<br />* Analyse findings and translate them into actionable product insights.<br />* Present research findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.<br />* Support prototyping, testing and iteration alongside UX/UI and Engineering teams.<br />* Advocate for user-centred design across the business.<br />* Use a range of UX research and remote testing tools.<br /><br />REQUIREMENTS: <br />* 3+ years' UX Research experience.<br />* Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.<br />* Experience delivering research from planning through to insight and recommendation.<br />* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<br />* Experience with remote testing tools, Figma and prototyping tools.<br />* Experience working with B2B SaaS products.<br />* A curious, creative and collaborative approach.<br />* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.<br />* Willingness to occasionally travel to London, Spain and France.
