Your responsibilities will include:

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong experience planning and conducting user research
  • Experience working directly with the Government Design System (GDS) or delivering services to GDS standards — essential
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to turn research findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Confidence advocating for users and challenging teams where necessary
  • Experience collaborating closely with UX Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Service Managers
What will set you apart?

A portfolio demonstrating practical examples of your work, particularly around:

  • User journeys

What's in it for you?
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • 25 days' annual leave
  • Private medical insurance
  • Opportunity to work across a variety of clients, industries and digital services
  • Exposure to complex and meaningful user-centred design projects
  • A collaborative UX and Design environment where you can continue developing your skills

Please note: This role is subject to successful BPSS and SC security clearance, which requires 5 years of continuous UK address history at the point of application.
