The Role • Perform calibrations on medium to high-level test and measurement instrumentation in a laboratory setting and at customer locations. • Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate unique equipment using extensive technical knowledge. • Ensure customer satisfaction for all equipment and services provided. • Create and verify calibration data sheets for technical accuracy against specifications and approved procedures. • Travel as necessary, including local and overnight assignments. What You'll Need • Military (PMEL or TMDE) training & experience OR a technical associate's degree OR equivalent work experience. • A minimum of 2 years of calibration laboratory experience (commercial or military). • Experience calibrating test and measurement equipment across various disciplines including Torque, Force, Pressure, Electronic Tools, Dimensional, Mechanical, Hand tools, and Scales. • Ability to lift, bend, and walk with up to 40 pounds. • Willingness and ability to travel for on-site calibrations.
