Enterprise Solutions Specialist

Abbott Laboratories seeks an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to design and deliver technology solutions that support diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceutical operations. In this role, you'll partner with global business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and configure enterprise platforms that improve clinical workflows, data quality, and regulatory readiness. You'll lead solution design, integration with existing systems, testing, and user enablement. You'll also analyze performance metrics, recommend enhancements, and help drive innovation that advances Abbott's mission to improve health worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements for enterprise solutions
• Design and configure enterprise platforms supporting diagnostics, devices, and pharma operations
• Coordinate system integrations, data flows, and interoperability with existing tools
• Lead testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure quality
• Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users
• Monitor solution performance and use data to recommend enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional global teams in IT, clinical, and business units
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and data integrity standards
• Support change management and adoption across stakeholder groups
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in health technology solutions
