Job Description
Seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst with 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday reports and dashboards.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Workday Report Writer, Advanced/Matrix/Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Prism.
- Experience supporting Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Absence.
- Strong understanding of Workday data structures and HR reporting.
- Experience with report testing, troubleshooting, data validation, and security.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
- Workday Reporting certification, Security, EIB, and integration experience preferred.
