The Role

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for critical corporate positions.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and recruitment plans.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate challenges with a driven and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate roles.
