Must-Have Skills:

• Strong scientific judgment, analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical writing abilities to evaluate information, identify inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), interest in AI safety, ability to handle sensitive information responsibly, and U.S. citizenship.
• Graduate degree with hands-on laboratory or field experience in a CBRNE domain, or equivalent operational experience in CBRN, EOD, HAZMAT, biodefense.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in AI safety, AI red-teaming, or evaluating advanced AI capabilities
• Specialized expertise in biological, chemical, radiological/nuclear, or explosives-related disciplines.
