What You'll Do WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Working Student – Talent Acquisition (Regional Sourcing, EMESA), you’ll be part of BCG’s Experienced Hire recruiting team and support our Central Europe sourcing efforts within a highly international environment.

You will work closely with experienced recruiters and sourcing specialists to identify and engage top talent, contribute to data-driven recruiting strategies, and gain hands-on exposure to how hiring works at one of the world’s leading consulting firms.
