What You'll Do As a (Senior) Media Analyst (all genders) for Talent Acquisition , you are working at the intersection of data, recruiting, and media strategy.

You will transform complex hiring and recruitment campaign data into clear, actionable decisions—helping BCG compete for the best talent in Central Europe.

This is a high-ownership role spanning analytics, employer branding performance, and stakeholder coordination across three core areas.

EMPLOYER BRANDING PERFORMANCE Measuring and evaluating digital employer branding campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels, using web analytics to assess channel contribution Applying tracking frameworks including UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and attribution models to assess campaign ROI and media efficiency Integrating external market benchmarks and competitor intelligence to continuously sharpen BCG’s positioning as an employer of choice ANALYTICS collaborating closely with the creative campaign lead and recruiting pipeline lead In sum, you will directly support BCG’s ability to hire outstanding talent—analytically, thoughtfully, and with measurable impact.

What You'll Bring Degree in business administration, controlling, analytics, marketing, media management, or HR, or a comparable vocational qualification Two to five years of hands-on experience in web analytics, marketing/HR reporting or controlling, ideally in an international, service-oriented environment Hands-on experience in evaluating digital campaigns across channels and performance metrics; familiarity with tracking methods and attribution models including UTM parameters and conversion tracking; ability to read campaign and recruiting performance data and derive actionable recommendations; experience with systems such as Econda, Contentsquare, or Phenom People is an advantage Strong affinity for numbers, structured working methods, and interest in performance tracking, benchmarking, and integrating market intelligence Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets independently across workstreams, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders from briefing to reporting Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to prepare management-ready presentations and storylines; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies including machine learning, generative AI, and AI agents in HR and marketing contexts; self-driven learner who actively explores new tools and trends Full fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Who You'll Work With You’ll be a member of our interdisciplinary Talent Acquisition team for Central Europe, where collaboration is defined by trust, mutual respect, and a strong sense of support.

You will report to the TA Analytics Senior Manager, who will guide your onboarding and support your ongoing professional development.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from Recruiting, Employer Branding, Analytics, and local and regional HR teams to ensure our work is insight-driven and aligned across functions.
