Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support banking technology initiatives involving Salesforce, PrecisionLender, and other business applications. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

·        Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.

·        Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories, Use Cases, and Test Scenarios.

·        Support implementation and enhancement projects involving Salesforce and PrecisionLender.

·        Collaborate with business teams, developers, QA teams, architects, and third-party vendors.

·        Assist with System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Defect Management, Change Management, and Production Implementation.

·        Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

·        Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

·        Support project documentation and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

·        Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.

·        Hands-on experience with Salesforce and PrecisionLender.

·        Expertise in creating BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.

·        Experience with System Testing, UAT, and Defect Management.

·        Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

·        Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

·        Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience working on enterprise banking technology projects.

·        Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·        Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

·        Experience with change management and project implementation activities.
