Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in APIs, data integration, and technical documentation. The candidate will work with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to gather requirements, create user stories, document APIs, and support application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Gather and document business and technical requirements.

·        Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

·        Document REST APIs, API contracts, and integrations.

·        Work with Product, Development, and QA teams.

·        Support API testing, validation, and impact analysis.

·        Document AI/LLM-related workflows and requirements.

·        Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Required Skills:

·        3–5 years of Technical Business Analyst experience.

·        Strong experience with business and technical requirements.

·        REST APIs, JSON, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.

·        API documentation and third-party integrations.

·        Event-driven architecture and workflow documentation.

·        Basic SQL knowledge.

·        Experience with AI tools and understanding of LLMs.

·        QA support, defect analysis, and impact analysis.

·        Knowledge of Information Security and Data Privacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field.

·        Experience with API platforms or Developer Portals.

·        Knowledge of Developer Experience (DX) best practices.

·        Experience with AI-enabled applications and OpenAPI documentation.
