Business Analyst (Wealth Operation/Management)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Need candidate to work onsite from Day 1 (4 days a week onsite) – NO REMOTE
Strong Wealth Management exp. is required here
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Wealth Management domain expertise to lead requirements gathering, document operational discussions, and collaborate with technology teams on solution design and delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the primary on-site/offshore liaison, provide day-to-day leadership, and partner closely with business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document business and operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technology teams.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technology stakeholders.
- Support solution design, analysis, and implementation.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and engagement lead.
Required Skills:
- Strong Wealth Management/Wealth Operations.
- Excellent business analysis and documentation skills.
