Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience taking AI models from development to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and AI/ML workflows.
• Use frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Build and deploy scalable ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate ML models with enterprise applications.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, performance, and responsible AI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong experience with SQL and data processing.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, FAISS, or OpenSearch.
• Experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services domains.

Education

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
