We have an immediate need for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise AI platforms, AI/ML engineering, and the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) to design, implement, and deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions.

This is a hybrid position based in Minnesota City, MN, for a candidate with deep experience in AI/ML Engineering, Enterprise AI Solution Implementation, AI Platform Delivery, AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), Spec Kit, BMAD, Spectra, AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Team Leadership, and AI Platform Modernization.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
