Our Junior Sales Project Manager opportunity is designed for people at the beginning of their careers who want to develop practical experience across sales, customer acquisition, campaign delivery, and eventually project management .

You don't need previous management experience. You don't need years of sales experience. What matters to us is that you're confident with people, willing to learn, and motivated to progress.

Your Starting Point

You'll begin where our campaigns happen — working directly with customers and representing established UK brands across B2B, B2C residential, and event-based campaigns .

You'll learn how to:

• Engage customers confidently and professionally
• Understand customer needs and communicate brand offerings effectively
• Generate new customer acquisitions and contribute to campaign growth
• Work towards individual and team performance goals
• Understand how successful sales campaigns operate from the ground up

Where It Can Lead

Once you've developed consistency in the fundamentals, your training will begin to expand beyond individual sales performance.

You'll gradually gain exposure to:

Sales → Campaigns → Leadership → Project Management

This can include learning how to support new team members, understand campaign performance, coordinate day-to-day activity, contribute to team planning, and eventually take greater ownership of projects.

Progression isn't automatic or based simply on how long you've been with us. It's based on performance, development, reliability, and your ability to take on responsibility .
