Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum) III (Contractor)

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll bring engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams together to build clear plans, manage delivery, and keep multiple workstreams aligned from kickoff through completion. You'll coordinate with engineering teams, track risks and dependencies, communicate progress to leadership, and help turn complicated initiatives into steady forward movement. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of technical project or program management experience
Experience managing Agile projects, programs, or technical workstreams
Experience working with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or other technical teams
Strong ability to manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Experience preparing status updates and communicating with technical and business stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience
Cloud or cybersecurity program experience
Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or emerging technology initiatives
Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams or project managers
Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar tools

Manage technical projects and workstreams within broader cybersecurity, cloud, and emerging technology initiatives
Develop project plans, milestones, schedules, status reports, and delivery updates
Coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, business, and cross-functional teams
Track risks, dependencies, decisions, resources, and progress toward key milestones
Support Agile planning and help teams maintain effective delivery practices
Consolidate updates across workstreams and communicate progress, risks, and changes to leadership

Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery documentation
Coordinate meetings, working sessions, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications

Partner with engineering and technical teams to monitor delivery progress
Prepare status updates and communicate changes, risks, and next steps
Support Agile planning, workstream coordination, and issue resolution
