Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management delivering enterprise software implementation programs
  • Proficiency in UKG TeleStaff, workforce scheduling platforms, and workforce management solutions
  • Experience in organizational change management, communication planning, and user adoption initiatives
  • Experience with project governance, project scheduling, RAID management, and executive reporting
  • Experience in HRIS integrations, data migration, testing coordination, cutover planning, and deployment readiness
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead internal project governance and execution activities for the workforce management implementation
  • Coordinate vendor deliverables, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and project alignment
  • Facilitate steering committees, stakeholder meetings, workshops, and status reviews
  • Manage project dashboards, risk logs, issue escalation, and decision-tracking processes
  • Drive communication strategies, training coordination, readiness assessments, and change activities
  • Oversee testing, system validation, deployment planning, and operational transition efforts
