Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives supporting field service and field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, Salesforce implementations, system integrations, and cross-functional team leadership.

The candidate should be capable of managing complex project deliverables, coordinating business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through deployment and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce projects and initiatives supporting Field Operations from project initiation through implementation.
• Manage project plans, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce development teams, QA, architecture, product, and integration teams.
• Coordinate Salesforce enhancements, integrations, releases, and production deployments.
• Translate business requirements and Field Operations priorities into actionable project plans.
• Manage dependencies between Salesforce and other enterprise applications and integration platforms.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder reviews, and delivery discussions.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delivery challenges, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, deployment activities, and post-production support.
• Provide project status reports, milestone updates, risk assessments, and escalations to leadership.
• Drive collaboration across geographically distributed teams and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in IT project management and technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or integration projects.
• Experience supporting Field Operations, Field Service, workforce management, or related business processes.
• Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong project planning, risk management, issue resolution, scope management, and dependency tracking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage business and technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, from Day One.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or similar field service management platforms.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or integration programs.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A strong IT Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering Salesforce projects, preferably involving Field Service or Field Operations. The candidate should demonstrate ownership of project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate complex integrations and cross-functional teams.

Work Location Requirement: Candidates must be available to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, from the first day.
