Professional Job Description
Seeking a Lead Consultant — Oracle Order Management Cloud with 10+ years of overall experience for a 6-month contract role in Watsonville, CA (Hybrid setup). 
The ideal candidate must possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud and have completed at least one full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation. 
This role will lead client workshops, gather business requirements, execute fit-gap analyses, design scalable order-to-cash architecture, and manage end-to-end testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Workshop Leadership: Drive requirement gathering workshops directly with business stakeholders, map complex order workflows, and define functional scope for Oracle Cloud transformations.
* Functional Solution Architecture: Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analyses, design end-to-end Order Management Cloud solutions, and configure order orchestration, pricing, and fulfillment rules adhering to Oracle best practices.
* SDLC & Full-Lifecycle Execution: Lead functional design, author detailed configuration and design documents (BR100/MD050/DS140), oversee development activities, and guide cross-functional teams through SIT, UAT, and hypercare.
* Order-to-Cash (O2C) Integration: Validate integration points between Oracle Order Management Cloud and surrounding modules/systems including Oracle Inventory Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), Purchasing, and Financials.
* Testing & Defect Management: Prepare comprehensive test plans, design end-to-end business scenarios, drive UAT execution with business users, and manage defect resolution to ensure seamless go-live readiness.

Required Qualifications
* Core Experience: 10+ years of overall work experience in Oracle ERP applications and supply chain modules.
* Oracle Cloud Mastery: Proven hands-on expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud with at least one complete full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
* Functional Competencies: Extensive experience in leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, writing functional specifications, and managing testing.
