Job Description

Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (AI Delivery) to lead and manage AI-driven technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering AI, Cloud, or Data Engineering projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project execution from planning through deployment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Cloud, or Data Engineering projects. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 

  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. 

  • Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. 

  • Coordinate effectively with hybrid on-site and offshore development teams. 

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource planning. 

  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to stakeholders. 

  • Facilitate communication across business and technical teams to ensure alignment. 

  • Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices. 

  • Support continuous process improvement and delivery optimization. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management. 

  • Proven experience delivering AI, Cloud, or Data Engineering projects. 

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

  • Experience coordinating distributed on-site and offshore teams. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience managing AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives. 

  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms. 

  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are a plus. 

  • Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional engineering teams.
