The Role • Provide expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services to customers at their location. • Deliver first-class customer service, representing the company with pride during every interaction. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain efficient workflow. • Adapt to a varied daily schedule involving servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs. • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making sound judgements for each customer's needs. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working on a variety of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong customer service and communication skills.
