You will work on maintaining and operating machines within the production line. You will take part in the production of insulated panels for different commercial projects, ensuring the smooth running of the machines and excellent product quality.

In this role you be responsible for the production, maintenance and improvement of all the equipment across the production line ensuring smooth running of the production line to give the customer the best service in line with company values.

The Role

• Lead and coordinate maintenance and production teams
• Monitor daily production activities
• Plan and follow up predictive and corrective maintenance on production lines
• Take advantage of uncapped overtime

The Person

• A minimum of level 3 NVQ in a relevant field
• Commutable distance to Stowmarket
