Your new role

- Coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Managing offers, onboarding and pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification.
- Supporting new starters through induction and orientation processes.
- Coordinating with external providers to ensure new employees are fully equipped from day one.
This is an office-based role working 3 days per week.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Manager position.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience managing employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary hearings.
- Strong recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to advise employees and managers at all levels.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience within the property sector or a similar professional services environment would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
- Company closure between Christmas and New Year, with this period not deducted from annual leave entitlement.
- Opportunity to take ownership of a broad and varied HR function.
- Exposure to both strategic and operational HR activities within a growing business environment.
