Technical Support Analyst/Engineer

job summary:

This position provides administrative and technical systems support for CRM, application, form, and related business systems within the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. The role focuses on maintaining data quality and continuity, delivering user support, and supporting ongoing programs, process improvements, and system maintenance.

responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records in CRM, application, form, and related business systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicate entry removal.
• Assist with data cleanup, imports, exports, and routine operational reporting.
• Support administrative tasks, workflows, and issue resolution for CRM and system end-users.
• Document system processes, routine updates, and recurring technical issues.
• Assist with testing system changes, forms, workflows, integrations, and enhancements.

qualifications:

CRM & Systems Support (1+ years) - hands-on experience supporting CRM, database, application, or workflow systems.

Data Quality & Record Management (1+ years) - experience with data cleanup, imports, exports, and reporting.

Systems Documentation & Testing (1+ years) - writing process docs and testing form/workflow changes.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

Salesforce platform administration

OpenWater application platform support

Network & Telecom troubleshooting (routers, TCP/IP, VPNs, Voice services)

ITIL methodology and change management exposure
