The Role • Assemble, install, and expand switchgear, transformer stations, and cable distribution cabinets. • Conduct testing, maintenance, and repair of technical systems for energy providers, municipal utilities, and industrial clients. • Participate in troubleshooting and fault clearing, and safely operate assembly/crew vehicles. • Perform low and medium voltage cable installations, including measurement tasks, and fiber optic installations. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in electrical or energy technology (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Electrical Systems Installer, Mechatronics Technician). • Valid driver's license (Class B required, Classes C and CE desirable). • German language proficiency (minimum B2 level). • Ability to work independently, with strong motivation, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
