The Role • Installation and commissioning of electrical systems in building technology (industrial and commercial), medium and low voltage systems, electrical installations & MSR technology, or tunnel & traffic technology. • Supporting site management in the coordination and leadership of installation teams from subcontractors. • Organizing site operations in collaboration with site management. • Establishing long-term customer relationships through project durations typically ranging from 6 to 36 months. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical technician, electrical installer, or a comparable qualification. • Previous experience in supervising installation work and commissioning is desirable. • Willingness to travel within Germany (4-day work week). • High degree of personal responsibility and a self-directed work style are essential for this position.
