The Role

• Independently manage construction sites from start to finish.
• Coordinate material deployment and supervise on-site personnel.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Document daily and weekly work activities, including hours and additional tasks.
• Actively participate as a skilled tradesperson on smaller construction sites.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer, electrician, electronics technician, or electrical engineering technician specialized in energy and building technology.
• Previous experience as a site supervisor.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
