Job Description

Job Title: Ai Program Manager

Location: Buffalo, NY- Onsite

Duration: Full Time/Direct Hire

Role Summary:

Senior Program Management & Chief of Staff professional to drive AIled technology transformation programs and support senior technology leadership. This role combines largescale program execution, executive enablement, and modern engineering governance, with a strong focus on AIassisted delivery and outcomes.

The role acts as a strategic connector across engineering, business, risk, and leadership ensuring priorities are executed with discipline, transparency, and speed.

What You ll Do:

  • Lead endtoend delivery of complex, multistream technology, and AIenabled transformation programs
  • Drive adoption of AIled engineering practices (GenAIassisted development, testing, automation, CI/CD optimization)
  • Establish strong program governance, metrics, and executive reporting
  • Act as Chief of Staff to senior technology leaders turning strategy into execution
  • Prepare executive and boardlevel updates, decision memos, and dashboards
  • Coordinate across engineering, data, AI, business, risk, and vendor partners
  • Ensure delivery meets banking risk, compliance, and audit requirements

What We re Looking For:

  • 12+ years in Program Management, Technology Transformation, or Chief of Staff roles
  • Proven experience leading large, crossfunctional technology programs in regulated environments
  • Solid understanding of modern SDLC and AIled engineering models
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Agile / SAFe / DevOps delivery teams

Nice to Have:

  • Direct support experience for CIO, CTO, or Head of Engineering
  • Exposure to GenAI, intelligent automation, or AI governance frameworks
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Cloud, or AIrelated certifications
