QA Automation Tester - PBM (Formulary & Medicare)

• Strong knowledge in overall STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) starting from requirement analysis, functional test design and exeution and automation / AI etc
• Ability to design the strategy for all end-to-end test efforts, including the testing roadmap, data plan, execution approach, communication cadence, and identification of risks/dependencies.
• Ability to work with the assigned testing points of contacts and TPO’s, facilitate successful cross-functional coordination across all teams.
• Ability to Align with Cigna and other Health Plan clients regarding the recommended strategy, approach, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing is completed.
• Execute (hands-on) all the required testing efforts (System, functional, integration, E2E and regression) and Ability to manage all end-to-end testing efforts, provide E2E status reporting.
• Ability to socialize, escalate and assist in remediation of project issues/risks, dependencies & questions.
• Must be able to manage multiple assignments with deadlines.

• Software Testing Life Cycle, Qualtiy Assurance and Engineering, QE optimization, JIRA, Stragic Thinking, Mentorship, Quality Review and Agile (Scurm / Kanban), QE Automation, Java, Cucumber, TestNg and other automation testing framework, Functional, E2E, Regresion, Integration, Performance & Security testing
