Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and scale complex digital experiences that serve a diverse customer base across multiple business segments. This role will focus on designing enterprise-grade self-service platforms, creating intuitive user experiences, and partnering closely with product, research, analytics, and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, data-driven environment where design plays a strategic role in defining the future of large-scale digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for complex digital products and customer-facing platforms
  • Translate business requirements, user needs, and research insights into intuitive workflows and interfaces
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Partner closely with product managers, researchers, analytics teams, and frontend engineers
  • Use customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered best practices
  • Develop scalable design solutions that support multiple user types and evolving business needs
  • Contribute to design systems and development-ready design artifacts
  • Participate in discovery activities, solution definition, and iterative testing

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
  • Experience designing complex enterprise applications, digital products, or customer portals
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and business impact
  • Experience conducting or leveraging user research, usability testing, and analytics
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with customer self-service platforms, SaaS applications, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and universal design principles
  • Understanding of frontend development concepts and design-to-development workflows
  • Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and emerging design technologies
  • Experience working within large enterprise organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
