Senior Product Designer (AI & Platform Products)

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, customer-facing product experiences from concept through production.
• Create interaction, visual, and user experience designs for complex enterprise applications.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction.
• Translate customer workflows into simple, effective interfaces.
• Design dashboards, operational workflows, maps, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on product ideas.
• Contribute to implementation by collaborating closely with engineering teams and, where appropriate, helping build production-ready UI components.
• Participate in user research and continuously improve product usability based on customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Product Design Engineering experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of shipped customer-facing products.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user experience.
• Strong proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI-assisted design or development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing real-time dashboards, operational tools, mapping interfaces, or data-rich enterprise applications.
• Experience designing AI-powered user experiences, conversational interfaces, or intelligent workflow applications.
• Exposure to cloud-native software products or SaaS platforms.
• Startup or fast-paced product development experience.
• Experience with logistics, IoT, manufacturing, construction, healthcare operations, or other operational technology environments.
