Job Description

Job Title: UX/UI Product Designer

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Duration: 6 Months + Extension

Bill Rate : $88/hr.

Job Type: W-2 Contract

Client: To Be Discussed Later

Work Authorization: US-Citizen, H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD

Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end user experiences for complex digital products and customer-facing platforms
* Translate business requirements, user needs, and research insights into intuitive workflows and interfaces
* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
* Partner closely with product managers, researchers, analytics teams, and frontend engineers
* Use customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions
* Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered best practices
* Develop scalable design solutions that support multiple user types and evolving business needs
* Contribute to design systems and development-ready design artifacts
* Participate in discovery activities, solution definition, and iterative testing
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
* Experience designing complex enterprise applications, digital products, or customer portals
* Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and business impact
* Experience conducting or leveraging user research, usability testing, and analytics
* Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
* Experience working directly with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
*
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
* Experience with customer self-service platforms, SaaS applications, or enterprise software
* Familiarity with accessibility standards and universal design principles
* Understanding of frontend development concepts and design-to-development workflows
* Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and emerging design technologies
* Experience working within large enterprise organizations
