1. 2 yrs FTE hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) max 2 projects can be used to prove this experience 2. One (1) successfully completed project (fully implemented and operationally complete) normalizing ~200 flows into consistent UI patterns Desired Qualifications (25 pts available; no partial credit; scored on the proposed team collectively)
Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer credential certificate copy required (10 pts)
2 completed projects creating, maintaining, and governing a Design System used by multiple independent development teams simultaneously (10 pts)
IAAP accessibility certification: CPACC or WAS certificate copy required (5 pts)
