Position: ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Location: Mc Lean, VA

Longterm Contract

Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies / UI Actions
  • ACLs
  • Script Includes
  • Notifications
  • Workflows / Flow Designer
  • Service Catalog
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, data model, roles, and security.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow in production environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
• ServiceNow CAD certification is a plus.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, CMDB, Discovery, or Service Portal is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
