Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

Location: UK – Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London, Glasgow, Liverpool or Bristol

I'm currently working with a growing UK digital consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a people-focused consultancy delivering meaningful digital transformation projects across the public and private sectors.

The Role

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of digital products and services.

You'll champion agile ways of working, create high-performing teams and help clients navigate complex delivery challenges, ensuring teams remain focused on priorities and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Delivery Manager:

• Lead, motivate and support multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Embed Agile and Lean methodologies to drive effective delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove blockers, managing delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure teams remain focused on priorities and deliver against agreed outcomes.
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, influencing decisions and maintaining delivery confidence.
• Champion user-centred design and ensure services are built around the needs of their users.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Consultant.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across technology and digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Experience managing delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Confident coaching, mentoring and influencing teams and stakeholders.
• Experience within a digital consultancy, technology transformation or public-sector environment would be advantageous.
