AI Engineer

Heavy focus on: AWS, SageMaker or similar ML tools, Dataiku (preferred)

This person will build enterprise-grade AI agents and ML systems using Python in AWS, connect them to business data, orchestrate complex AI workflows, and help operationalize generative AI at scale. They should be very technical; be strong in Python, understand cloud infrastructure,
knows LLM orchestration,
can build production AI systems, and has ML fundamentals.

TOP NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

1. Enterprise AI application engineer focused on building the models, creating new features for multiple business units (will be partnering with data scientists) and operationalizing AI agents and machine learning solutions inside AWS.
2. 5+ years Python (3.11+) hands-on experience building robust applications and agentic logic (building Agentic AI applications in Python)
3. Building and deploying ML Models using SageMaker or comparable
4. Solid understanding of core Machine Learning concepts and model lifecycle management.
5. Frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
6. AWS Certification: Ideally should hold at least one of the following: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Developer Associate, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
