Job Title: AI Architect
Job Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Years of experience required: 10+ Years (Mandatory)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex AI concepts.
- Shape and evolve the company’s AI strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Define vision, principles, and success metrics for AI adoption.
- Act as an internal advocate and thought leader for responsible AI innovation.
- Partner with departmental AI Champions to identify and prioritize high-value use case
- Familiarity with responsible AI and ethical principles
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML tools (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker).
- AI Agentic experience, Google cloud, Python and SQL,Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-availability AI solutions in a large-scale production environment.
- Expertise in cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and Data lake
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, and R.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration for model training.
- Conduct data mining and analytics to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Deploy models into production environments while ensuring scalability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in AI development and deployment.
- Assess AI use cases for feasibility, impact, and risks.
- Review and advise on AI/ML solution architecture, scalability, data quality, and security.
- Identify and mitigate risks (privacy, bias, compliance)
